2. Provision of the website
Our website is provided via Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. On our behalf, Cloudflare processes in particular IP addresses, pages accessed, access times, amounts of data transferred, and browser, device and connection information.
The processing serves to provide, secure and troubleshoot our website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and functional operation of the website.
For reach measurement we also use Cloudflare Web Analytics. The service sets no cookies, uses no fingerprinting and creates no user profiles; it records page views, referring pages, browser and device types and loading times in aggregated form. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the statistical evaluation of the use of our website.
We do not keep server log files ourselves. Cloudflare processes the connection data mentioned only for as long as necessary to deliver the website and to fend off attacks; details can be found in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
3. Cookies and embedded content
We do not use cookies or any advertising or marketing services. We serve fonts and images from our own website. The only third-party content loaded when you visit is the Cloudflare Web Analytics script (section 2). Links to other websites, including our product websites, only open them when you click on them; the privacy policy of the respective provider applies there.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details and the content of your enquiry in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or its initiation, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in handling business enquiries. We delete enquiry data once the matter has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply (Section 257 German Commercial Code (HGB), Section 147 German Fiscal Code (AO); Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Transfers to the USA
Data may be transferred to Cloudflare in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; where transfers are covered by it, they take place on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR. In addition, standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR are in place. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards using the contact details above.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
To exercise your rights, please contact info@netheaven.gmbh. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz).
