Crespine Gel and Crespine Gel+ are Class III medical devices under Directive 93/42/EEC, based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. According to their instructions for use, they are intended for intra-articular injection in osteoarthritis of the knee or hip, as a single injection of 2 ml. Crespine Gel+ additionally contains prilocaine.
